How we try to work
Most of the people we help are making big decisions for their families: a partner coming home, parents joining their children, a student choosing where to study, a worker taking the next step. We think they deserve straight answers.
- Plain language. We explain the rules in everyday words, and you are welcome to bring family or an interpreter.
- In writing. A written service agreement, a written quote and written notice of any commission or conflict, before work starts.
- Honest about limits. No promised outcomes, no promised dates, and no special access to anyone. The Department of Home Affairs makes every decision.
- Current rules. We check this website against official sources and date every rule we describe.
Registration and professional standards
Sukh Sandhu is a Registered Migration Agent, MARN 1384130. Registration belongs to the individual agent, not to a company or business name. Registered migration agents must follow the Code of Conduct, hold professional indemnity insurance and complete continuing professional development each registration year, including Ethics and Code of Conduct points.
Sukh advises on Australian visas only. We do not advise on the immigration law of any other country.
