Fees

Free first 15 minutes, then a written quote.

The first 15 minutes are free and general. After that, professional fees are quoted in writing and set out in the service agreement. Government charges are paid to the Department, and we show them separately so you see the full cost.

The full cost

What makes up the total.

A visa usually involves several costs paid to different people. Your written quote lists each one, so nothing is a surprise.

Professional feesPaid to usA fixed fee, or an hourly rate with a realistic estimate, set out in the service agreement. No GST is charged.

How your money is handled

  • Client account. Money you pay in advance is held in a separate client account with a financial institution. It is drawn on only as the agreement allows.
  • Invoices and receipts. You receive an itemised invoice before you are charged, and a receipt after every payment.
  • Refunds. The service agreement includes a fair and reasonable refund policy. Refunds are paid within 14 days of becoming payable.
  • Commissions. If The Immigration Worldwide Pty Ltd or a related business receives a commission from an education provider, we tell you in writing who receives it and how much before you choose, and you sign a statement that you received the notice.
  • GST. The Immigration Worldwide Pty Ltd is not registered for GST, so no GST is added to our fees.
  • No deposits before an agreement. We never ask for money for the work before the written service agreement is in force.

Why we do not publish a fee table

Two families applying for the same visa can need very different amounts of work. A published price risks being wrong for you. Instead, a quote is given in writing after the free first call, once Sukh understands your case, and the quote becomes part of your service agreement.

Our earlier website showed a fee table from 2017. It is out of date and no longer applies.

Fee questions

About paying for help.

Can I pay in instalments?

Payment terms are set out in the service agreement. We discuss what works for your family before you sign.

Is anything refunded if the visa is refused?

Visa charges paid to the Department are generally not refunded after a decision. Professional fees are covered by the refund policy in your service agreement, which explains exactly when a refund is payable. We do not offer refunds based on the outcome, because the outcome is the Department's decision.

Are your fees tax deductible?

We cannot give tax advice. Ask a registered tax agent or check the Australian Taxation Office website.
